In 2001 Bob released the album Bronze. This is the album that fueled the success of BFB , getting them radio air play on the Buffalo Trax circuit, and some very nice shows. This Album features the bass work of Dave Balzer, the drum work of Dan Scheider, and the wonderful guitar playing of Eric Seymour. This album was also recorded for the most part by Nathan Gavacs. at Quirk in the Works Studio, Amherst NY. This album can be purchased on-line.

In 2001 the first project under the Quiet Waters label was released. Looking Down Your Path boasted the additions of John Honan on bass, and Eric Apen on Guitar, and mandolin. Bob is joined by Tim Noonan, Mark Noonan, and Laura Boronski, on vocals. It has made it’s way around the globe, and has helped Bob to get some national attention.

Bob’s first solo effort was actually anything but a solo effort. From Time to Time was released in 1998, the end result of many recording sessions over a five year period. It has songs from several bands Bob was in including Me and Bob and the Jennings. It features the work of Jeff Evans and Andy D’Amico on drums, Jason Sweden and Raffi Bagdasarian on guitars, and Tim Noonan and Bob singing and also playing guitar. Tim and Mark Noonan are singing in the background. Scott Howard who played with Bob for several years in the late 90's and into 2000 not only shows off his amazingly smooth bass runs but also appears as a song writer on the discs last track, "Weights". Jason Swedene’s song "Shelter" is another welcomed addition to an otherwise pretty mellow album. The majority of this album was recorded at Fredonia State University by future BFB bass player Nathan Gavacs.

The first project Bob Fera was a part of, which is now a very rare commodity, is the cassette tape entitled Dayfall was released in 1993. The band name was Me and Bob, and featured the songs of Bob Fera and Tim Noonan. A very special guest appearance of long time friend Seth Horan can be heard on this project’s title track. It was recorded on a Tascam 424 four track recorder in Bob’s attic, and never found its way on to store shelves. It however opened doors for later recordings with the band. Erik Wild is the main drummer on the album, with some drum work being done by Bob and Andy D’Amico.
